Returns & Terms Conditions
1. Returns for Physical Products
We accept returns for eligible items such as gadgets, electronics, and furniture under the following conditions.
✅ Acceptable Return Reasons
- Wrong item delivered
- Item damaged during shipping
- Product not functioning on arrival
- Item not as described or missing parts
❌ Not Acceptable for Return
- Change of mind or buyer’s remorse
- Products damaged due to mishandling by the customer
- Items reported more than 3 days after delivery
- Used items or items not in original condition
2. Return Conditions
- Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery
- Product must be unused and in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
- A clear photo or video of the issue must be provided
- SmartImport GH may inspect the item before approving the return
3. Return Process
- Contact our support team via WhatsApp or phone
- Provide your order number and reason for return
- Include photos or videos showing the issue
- Wait for our return instructions or pickup schedule
- Once approved, we will offer a replacement, store credit, or refund

4. Procurement & Shipping Services – Non-Refundable
All procurement and shipping services are handled on a case-by-case basis. Once payment is made and the process begins:
- Orders cannot be cancelled or refunded
- SmartImport GH is not responsible for supplier-side delays, but we will assist in resolving any issues
- Customers will receive full support and tracking updates throughout the process
