Returns & Terms Conditions


1. Returns for Physical Products

We accept returns for eligible items such as gadgets, electronics, and furniture under the following conditions.

✅ Acceptable Return Reasons

  • Wrong item delivered
  • Item damaged during shipping
  • Product not functioning on arrival
  • Item not as described or missing parts

❌ Not Acceptable for Return

  • Change of mind or buyer’s remorse
  • Products damaged due to mishandling by the customer
  • Items reported more than 3 days after delivery
  • Used items or items not in original condition

2. Return Conditions

  • Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery
  • Product must be unused and in its original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required
  • A clear photo or video of the issue must be provided
  • SmartImport GH may inspect the item before approving the return

3. Return Process

  1. Contact our support team via WhatsApp or phone
  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. Include photos or videos showing the issue
  4. Wait for our return instructions or pickup schedule
  5. Once approved, we will offer a replacement, store credit, or refund

4. Procurement & Shipping Services – Non-Refundable

All procurement and shipping services are handled on a case-by-case basis. Once payment is made and the process begins:

  • Orders cannot be cancelled or refunded
  • SmartImport GH is not responsible for supplier-side delays, but we will assist in resolving any issues
  • Customers will receive full support and tracking updates throughout the process
